I am writing to inform you that the site performance of MOG.com, which may have been spotty for some users in the last few days, has been restored to normal. We received a ton of signups through Facebook in the last week. MOG.com saw a resulting load increase of over 3000%, a burden that our systems were simply not able to handle at the time.
We are also crunching through a backlog of MOG-O-MATIC data generated by all of our new users. Once this is completed, users who started using MOG-O-MATIC in the past week will see their whole music collections moggified and our Facebook apps will be automatically updating again. We are putting MOG-O-MATIC on the back burner until this backlog is eliminated to prevent additional problems, and will notify you once everything is back to normal. We believe it will be restored sometime today.
