An excellent post by social network analyst Valdis Krebs in which she discusses preliminary Twitter network work she has done. Interestly, one of the most important variables turns out to be “retweeting” as it indicates who is being read which can be inferred as having a degree of influence on the network. The comments responding to this post are also very interesting.
